Runway 7 Releases Official NYFW Schedule, And It's a Must-See!

Extra, extra, read all about it! The official calendar for New York Fashion Week produced by Runway 7 is now available!

Recognized as the first and only hybrid of its kind, Runway 7 Fashion is a vertical one-stop fashion platform representing the best in cultural diversity by integrating international designers, media celebrities, and commerce every season.

This revolutionary platform is a fashion incubator for independent designers and renowned brands alike to showcase their collections each season. From development to runway to retail stores – they also offer brands buyer introductions – Runway 7 takes a 360-degree approach in working with their brand partners.

Their expansive style marketplace offers guests a true experiential even both in-person and online to directly engage with brands and designers.

Runway 7 will open Thursday, September 9, with the latest collection by Indian American Fashion Designer Naeem Khan; a CFDA member whose couture dresses have been worn by First Lady Michelle Obama, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, and Queen Noor of Jordan. Bow down, every

2-0043.jpgFollowing Naeem Khan will be sportswear brand Balance Athletics and streetwear brands Hardcore Fashion, Legends are Made and P.U.R.E. and DJ Citizen Jane, as well as luxury designer brands Lulu et Gigi Couture and Ydamys Simo.

Popular teen influencer fashion brand CHICK will also be showing Thursday along with Hawaiian brand Dezigns by Kamohoalii.

Acclaimed journalist and Forbes contributor Joseph DeAcetis will debut the latest collection by his menswear brand Potro as the opening show on Friday, September 10.

Joseph, one of the most recognizable faces in menswear, proclaims “There’s nowhere else I’d rather be showing Potro. What a great place to be during New York Fashion Week!”

In addition to producing their runway show, Runway 7 is the sole manufacturer of the Peruvian Pima Cotton Polo Collection for which Potro is best known, a testament to the integral part Runway 7 plays for many of its brand partners.

Also showing on Friday are LaSette Lingerie, athleisure brand LAGIRLA, D!NG, couturier Anthony Rubio, Puerto Rican kids couture designer Wanda Beauchamp, lifestyle brands Just Be. and ZAO, and luxury designer Giannina Azar.

CHICK will be hosting their second event of the week on Friday, along with the womenswear brand Eni Buioron FEMME, a diffusion line of Lulu et Gigi Couture.

For September 2021 NYFW, the events produced by Runway 7 are in partnership with Mount Sinai’s Corinne Goldsmith Dickinson Center for Multiple Sclerosis, to whom half of all virtual and live door proceeds have been pledged.

“We want to do our part in supporting MS Research and use our platform to bring awareness to this widespread and, at times, debilitating neurological condition,” Diane Vara, Director of Operations.

And that’s not all!

Music will be provided by New York’s 101.5 FM DJ Scenario and a cash bar will be available to guests throughout the event.

Sponsors for New York Fashion Week by Runway 7 include AMA, Rogue House Salon, Book of Lashes, PRESS Seltzer, Dream Factory Balloons, Don Balilo Perez Cigars, Crowne Plaza Hotel, The MarMara Hotel, 101.5 FM, Look Design Studios, and Accellevents.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for each show or for the full event, allowing guests to enjoy the entire Runway 7 and better mix and mingle between shows and events.

All the events on the calendar will be held at Sony Hall at 235 W 46th Street, near the Paramount Hotel on Thursday, September 9th, and Friday, September 10th.
